Thank you for deciding to purchase one of our puppies. We want to make this a stress free enjoyable experience for you. Please feel free to email or call me with any questions or concerns that you may have along the way. We will keep you up to date with information about your puppy as it grows until it is time for your puppy to go to its new home.
A deposit in the amount of $500.00 is required to hold a place on our puppy waiting list. Your deposit will be applied to the purchase price of your puppy. The seller can not guarantee a specific litter or due date as much is left up to mother nature. Refund of deposits will not be issued on timing of litters.
The Buyer agrees that all pickup dates are to be set by the sellers, in the best interest of the puppy.
The outstanding balance shall be paid to and received by the Seller before the Buyer shall obtain possession of the puppy or any registration papers or health records are provided to the Buyer. The balance due must be paid by the time the puppy is picked up OR 14 days before being transported/delivered.
The deposit signifies that the Buyer intends to follow through with the purchase of the puppy from the Seller. In the event that the Buyer cannot follow through with the purchase of the puppy, the deposit is forfeited and NO refund will be given, however the Buyer has the option to apply the deposit to a future litter.
The best policy is to be absolutely sure that you want a Ridgeback puppy before you send your deposit! The buyer will be informed of their place on waiting list once deposit is received.
I Seller, guarantee all papers on stated registered puppies. I the Seller, make no guarantees of your puppy’s mature size, or that it will be show, or breeding quality. Puppies are secured by deposit in an "as is" state,( in reference to your choice of puppy at an early age), where exact color may change, and personality is not apparent. I the Seller, will keep you informed of all news and information. If a puppy for whatever reason will not be available to your family, your deposit will be refunded immediately upon discovery or buyer will be moved to the top of the wait list for the next litter, whichever buyer decides.
The Seller reserves the right to void this transaction and refund the Deposit, if we feel any reason the Buyer might not be suitable for one of our puppies. We can take up to 30 days to return or refund your deposit.
All sales are final and irreversible with the only exceptions being those as stated above.
Both the seller and the buyer agree that this deposit contract and sale of this puppy is under the jurisdiction of the state of Florida, the county of Manatee.
I THE BUYER, HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO THE DEPOSIT CONTRACT. I THE BUYER HAVE RECEIVED GENERAL AND BREED SPECIFIC CARE INSTRUCTIONS (ONLINE/ VERBAL/ PRINTED), AND UNDERSTAND THE CARE THAT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS INDIVIDUAL PUPPY/DOG, AND I AGREE TO PROVIDE IT.
This contract contains the entire agreement between the parties and no statement or verbal agreements made by either party that are not contained in this written contract shall be valid or binding. This contract may not be modified or altered except in writing and signed by both parties. Violations of this contract will constitute BREACH OF CONTRACT.

By submitting your payment via PayPal, Zelle or Venmo and filling out and/or submitting the deposit questionnaire below, you are in agreement with the terms and guidelines herein.
*Please make sure in the memo in PayPal has your name and description of litter you are interested in. Also, PLEASE NOTE: ANY PAYPAL FEES ARE THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY. To avoid extra fees I suggest selecting to send the payment as friends and family.
